Information we collect

When you request a free estimate, we collect the details you give us: your name, email address, phone number, and the information you share about your project (location, square footage, timeline, and what you want done).

If you use our Floor Visualizer, a photo you upload is sent to an automated image service to generate your preview. That photo is used only to create the visualization for you and is not used for marketing.

How we use your information

We use the information you provide to respond to your request, prepare your estimate, and contact you about your project — by phone, text, or email. We may also use it to follow up if we haven't heard back from you.

We will never sell your personal information. We don't share it with anyone outside of what's needed to contact you and deliver your quote.

Service providers

Our website is hosted and our quote form and email notifications are delivered through trusted service providers. Those providers process your information only on our behalf so we can receive your request and get back to you.

Cookies and local storage

We use minimal browser storage (such as session storage) for simple things like remembering whether you've already seen a notice during your visit.

Google Ads

We advertise with Google Ads and use the Google tag on this website. It lets Google set cookies and collect information such as the pages you visit, the ad you came from, your device and browser, and approximate location, so we can measure how well our ads work and improve which ads are shown. This information is shared with Google.

The Google tag is not loaded for visitors in the European Economic Area, the UK, or Switzerland. You can turn off personalized ads at any time at adssettings.google.com, block cookies in your browser, or learn more about how Google uses data at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to update or delete the information you've shared with us, or simply tell us to stop contacting you. Just reach out at Richepoxypros@gmail.com or (918) 954-4488 and we'll take care of it.

Changes to this policy

If we update this policy, we'll post the new version on this page with a current effective date.
